    Terms & Conditions

    • A 50% deposit or full payment is required before production begins.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or pickup.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • Once materials have been ordered, the project may not be modified or canceled.
    • Deposits are non-refundable, as materials are purchased specifically for your project.
    • Any changes requested after production has started will require a revised quote.

    Rush Orders

    • Same-day service is subject to a 75% surcharge.
    • Next-day service is subject to a 50% surcharge.
    • Rush services are not always available—please contact us to confirm availability.

  • Mural & Pixel uses the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4600, a professional printer that makes large, high-quality prints up to 44 inches wide.

    It uses 12 special pigment inks called LUCIA PRO II, which are made to last a very long time without fading. These inks create rich, bright colors and fine details. One of the inks, called a Chroma Optimizer, helps the print look smooth and glossy.

    This printer can handle many types of materials, like removable fabric and sticky vinyl, so we can make everything from soft indoor murals to durable wall art for busy places.

    Thanks to this advanced printer, your mural or artwork will look amazing and stay beautiful for many years.

  • The size of your wall mural depends only on the quality and resolution of the image you provide.
    We print murals in vertical panels that are either 24 inches or 44 inches wide, depending on your project needs. These panels are printed in sections and then carefully installed side by side to create a seamless design that can cover walls of any size.

    Our wall murals are designed to make a strong visual impact in homes, offices, retail stores, and other commercial spaces. Whether you're decorating a small room or transforming a large wall, our high-quality printing ensures your mural will look sharp, vibrant, and professional.

  • We ship all rolled prints/murals for free in the USA. We also offer local delivery and mural installation in the San Francisco Bay Area.
